滋賀長浜の観光地、黒壁の館の近くにある郷土料理のお店
焼き鯖そうめんが有名で、
休日はお昼前でも行列ができるほど。
11時半到着でも、20-30分ほど待ちました。
店内飲食スペースは、古い町屋そのものがで風情がある座敷です。
いただいたのは
鯖街道 焼鯖寿司付 2000円
実は滋賀県出身の私は、昔おばあちゃんによく作ってもらった鯛そうめんが大好きでした。いわゆる郷土料理です。
長浜は、鯛ではなく鯖そうめんが郷土料理です。
そうめんは焼き鯖と抱き合わせて炊かれているため、甘辛の焼き鯖の旨味の乗った優しい味わい。
焼き鯖はホロホロ柔らかく、香ばしくて美味しい
焼き鯖寿司も、鯖の旨味と酢飯のキリリとした味わいで美味しかったです。
懐かしい味わいの美味しい料理でした。
