長浜のヤンマー工場の向かいにある、「パン工房 ポム・ド・テール」さんに伺いました。
お昼時の訪問でしたが、一部売り切れがあるものの、充実した品揃えでした。
ハード系から、惣菜パン、デニッシュ系、甘いパン、タルトなどのデザート類まで品揃えの豊富なパン屋さんです。このラインナップの豊富さは、地域のパン屋さんでも、ここが1番かなと思います。特に惣菜系のパンの充実は、甘いもの苦手の男性にとってはありがたいですね。
吟味の末、パンを購入。店内にイートインスペースもあり、ドリンクセットも気になりましたが、テイクアウトして琵琶湖沿いの公園で青空ランチしました。
◇たっぷり野菜のカレークロワッサン210円
見た目が印象的で購入。クロワッサンに大ぶりにカットされた季節の野菜がたっぷりとサンドされています。カレーソースと共に中々パンと合う。野菜の食感も新鮮で、美味しいです。
◇モーンプルンダー170円
クロワッサン生地に黒けしのペーストと、くるみが巻き込まれていました。甘すぎず程良い加減で、ふんわりとしていました。大きめで食べ応えもありました。
◇ソーセージクロワッサン210円
ソーセージ物はやっぱり買いますね。クロワッサン生地にあらびきソーセージと粒マスタードがサンドされていました。サクサク頂けます。
◇ベーコンごぼう170円
ベーコンにごぼうサラダとかつおぶしがトッピングされた、和風テイスト。シャキシャキとしたごぼうの食感に、マヨネーズたっぷりが美味しい。
◇キャラクターパン130円
アンパンマンを購入。顔の一部どころか、全部頂きます。
◇フレーズシャンティ―210円
冷ケースで販売されているデザートパン。しっとり柔らかなパン生地に生クリームがたっぷり。色々種類があって、ブルーベリーが上に乗ったのも気になりました。
