ヤンマー近くの交差点に昔からあるパン屋さん。だいぶ以前の印象は町の普通のパン屋さん。久しぶりにおじゃましました。
パンだけじゃなくてケーキやクッキーなんかも売っていて、パンの種類も多いので選ぶ楽しさがあります。色々食べましたが印象に残ったパンは以下のとおり。名前はテキトーです。
◎フォカッチャ・マルゲリータ・・・軽く温めるとオリーブオイルの風味がして美味しかったです。ワインのアテに良いです。
◎洋ナシとキャラメルのデニッシュ・・・これが予想以上に美味しかった！バランスが良いです。
◎フォカッチャサンドステッペンチーズとトマト・・・質のよい具材がぎっしり。全てが一体となったハーモニー！
入口すぐ横のサンドイッチ系はお値段はしますが美味しくておすすめ(パストラミビーフのサンドも美味でした～)。甘い系パンも美味しいです。ハード系も食べてみたいなー。
レベルが上がっているのか以前と違って好印象。ごちそうさまでした！
