滋賀県長浜、そば百名店、手打ち蕎麦みたにさんです。
一品物も多く、日本酒もたくさん揃っており、夜は居酒屋さんとしても利用出来るお蕎麦屋さんです。
土曜13時半にお伺いしました。店内ほぼ満席ですが、なんとかテーブルに空きがあり着席しました。
ざる蕎麦は、せいろと田舎の二つあり、せいろは殻抜きでツルツル、田舎は殻有りでツブツブです。
今回はせいろをいただきました。
蕎麦の香りがよく、喉越しツルっと美味しいです。
おもてなしを感じるお蕎麦屋さん。
ご馳走様でした。
