長浜という事もあり近江牛を提供するトコロも多いですが
大体が鍋かステーキが多いです
牛丼やハンバーグ、牛まん、カレーパンで提供するトコロもあるのですが
ここはオムライス('ω')
近隣にオムライスが無かったのと、とはいえやはり長浜なので近江牛は押さえておきたい
という時に便利ですね(ﾟ∀ﾟ)

オムライスはトロトロ、じゅくじゅく系でなく、しっとり系ですね(ﾟ∀ﾟ)
私の好みの基準は
しっかり焼き ＞ しっとり ＞ とろとろ
なので中ランクです、まあとろとろ系よりかは好きなので良い方ですね(*‘ω‘ *)
たまに辛いオムライスとか提供するお店もありますが、ここはほどよいデミ感で全体的にしっとり
そしてそのせいか、ハンバーグもしっとり系です
ハンバーグも堅でなく、レアでなく、中くらい
