近江の旅２日目、長浜を出発して木之本に行き、浄信寺（木之本地蔵尊）を拝観後、角屋→すし慶→山路酒造→菓匠 禄兵衛と回り、再び長浜へ。黒壁スクエアのあたりをぶらぶらして、帰路に就く前にひと息つこうと入店。
オサレなカフェもちらほらありますが、「喫茶店」で休みたいと思ったらこちらですかね~。
頂いたのはウィンナー・コーヒー５５０円。そして帰りがけにオススメの豆を尋ねて、ブレンドのマイルド５００円１００グラムをペーパー用に挽いて頂き、テイクアウトしました。
ウィンナー・コーヒー
ぽってりと膨らみを感じるホイップクリームがたっぷり。コーヒーはブレンドのストロングを使用しているのですが、クリームの柔和さも相まって、重たくありません。苦味も酸も中程度。
ブレンド マイルド
自宅に帰って試飲。パッケージを見ると豆は山本珈琲（株）のもののようですね。コーヒーの粉を多めに使用して淹れてみました。酸はさほど目立ちません。苦味は、濃いめに抽出したせいか、纏わりつくようにはっきりと感じましたが、表層的で深くはありません。これがマイルドたる所以なんでしょうかね。
