初めて長浜曳山まつりに行ってまいりました。
ここ長浜。長い距離に亘りそぞろ歩くも…不思議と牛串に出会いません。
マイ牛串レーダーが故障したのか、そもそも探し方が悪いのか…。
そんな中、プ～ンといい匂いが。
いやっほー。串を焼いているお店を発見♪「わかどり西京焼き」ですよ。

以下、店頭に出ていた口上より。
当店の若どり西京焼きは独自に調味致しました西京味噌ベースに
数日間漬け込んで低音熟成させました若どりのもも肉を炭火でしっとり
焼き上げました料理屋の焼き鳥です。(後略)
ふむふむ、なるほど。兎に角、美味いってことのようなので買ってみました。
西京味噌が染み付いてて、風味よし、お味美味し。お肉も柔らか～い。
この150円なら納得ですよ。
