長浜に着いて中島屋食堂が開くまで黒壁スクエア辺りを散策する。
真っ先にコンビニで缶ビールを買ってぶらぶら歩く。
店先の小鮎の山椒煮の看板に吸い込まれるように入って行く。
いろいろ試食があり、いいビールのつまみになる。
連れは鮒寿司と小鮎の山椒煮を購入する。
私はもろこ焼串を発見！
なんと400円！
尋ねてみると常温でも大丈夫とのこと。
さっそく購入する。
翌日に南蛮漬けにしてみました。
ひさびさに食べる「もろこ」は素朴な味です。
最近ではなかなか食べさせてくれる店もありません。
いい酒の肴になりました。
