魚三さんは創業明治38年、びわ湖の魚を専門に取り扱っている老舗です。
北国街道本店に伺いました。
小鮎の佃煮・ふな寿司・うなぎの蒲焼・天然鴨など、季節の新鮮な魚介類や加工品が豊富に揃っています。
湖魚の佃煮は鮮度の良いものを、添加物なしで炊き上げています。
もろこ煮（500円）を購入。
柔らかくて苦みも少なく上品な味わい、まろやかで深みのある風味がいいですね。
琵琶湖の名産として知られるモロコは、ブラックバスなどが原因で減り高級食材となっているようです。
