駅前のホテルで聞いてみると、地元の居酒屋さんを紹介して頂きました。
しかし、カードの利用は出来ないみたいで、条件検索してこちらにしました。
この直後に利用した焼鳥屋さんで聞きましたが、駅前の居酒屋も同じ経営者だそうで
本社は京都です。
実際に運営されているのは長浜の方との事ですが、お店はかなり繁盛しております ＾ω＾

入口のカウンターへ案内されましたが、奥のスペースはかなりの繁盛振りです。
目の前に
坂本龍馬先生の短銃（レプリカ）
が展示されていて、好きな方には興味を惹かれる物でしょう。
混雑しており、少しばかり待たされます。
軍鶏炙りレバー刺
基本的には魚が好きですので 刺身 のリストで考えましたが、ここは湖の真横です。
余り来る事の無い場所と言う理由も手伝い、違う素材で選びました。
火が通りに偏りが目立つので、良し悪しが分かれて存在します。
レアの部分はなかなか美味しいw
その反対はそれなりに？でも、そこそこの摘みでした。
軍鶏なめろう
こちらの食感はコリコリしてイイ感じです。
少し味付けに偏りが見られて、鯵や鯖の様には行きませんが ”軍鶏” ですw
柚子香る軍鶏の唐揚げ
コレが一番美味しかったです。肉質と揚げ加減は上等で、オーソドックスでクセが無い！
アテには最高でした。
コレの大盛なんて頼めたら、それが一番良いでしょう ＾ω＾
特に大きな問題も無く、料理はそこそこで、若手の多いスタッフさんも一生懸命W
迷ったらまた来ていそうなお店でした ＾ω＾
