月曜日の13:30に長浜の『うどん馳走 山石土平』へ。
長浜で珍しい讃岐うどんとお店ということで、長浜名物「のっぺいうどん」じゃないうどんを食べに来ました。
こちらのお店は営業時間が11:30〜14:30と3時間のみ。
お店オススメの「讃岐天ぶっかけ(1,280円)」を冷やでオーダー。
「讃岐天」とは、ちくわ天、かしわ天、舞茸天の3つを合わせて呼んでいるようです。
8分後到着。
一口。美味い。
ツルッとしながらもしっかりしたコシのある麺。
このコシはなかなかの弾力です。
各天ぷらは全てがかなり大きめで、揚げたてサクサクで食べ応え抜群。
ぶっかけつゆは鰹と昆布の出汁がしっかり効いていて、醤油感は抑えているので出汁の旨味が引き立ってます。
国産小麦100%の自家製麺と化学調味料を一切使用しない無添加の出汁がこだわりとのこと。
うどんは茹でたて、天ぷらは揚げたてで提供しています。
毎月の期間限定うどんは何と週替わりで登場します。
さらに「カレーうどん」は金曜日しか提供しないようなので、次回は是非金曜日に来たいと思います。
