火曜日の18時半過ぎ、夕食で訪問しました。
サービスエリアのフードコートに軒を連ねる店舗で、入口の券売機で食券を購入し、番号が呼ばれるのを待つシステムです。番号が呼ばれたら店舗まで取りに行きます。
■四川担々麺（950円税込み）
店長一押しの看板に惹かれ担々麺をチョイスしました。
つるつるしこしこの中太麺に、魚粉の風味が特徴的な胡麻の効いた辛口スープが美味しい一杯でした。
辛味のパンチが程よく効いた胡麻のコクと旨味が癖になるメニューでした。
