道の駅 湖北みずどりステーションへ。ここは、2階から湖を見るようになっていて、ハクチョウなどを鑑賞することができる。また、ナマズや、モロコなどの水槽もある。
鮒寿司、佃煮、鯉の煮付などの取り揃えはこのあたりの道の駅ならでは。野菜コーナーには、漬物にするひのなもある。
目についたのは、まくわうりプリン。このあたりは、まくわうりを作っているんだ。懐かしい。熟れるとメロンのようになるウリだが、ここではプリンとソフトクリームにもなっている。食べてみると、確かにウリっぽい味がした。
黒糖のういろもまた買ってしまった。つい買ってしまう、餅のお菓子。
あとは、こんなお菓子が。砂糖のおケソク。上白糖を固めたもので法事用。
