滋賀県は長浜、福井からおりてきました。
またまた道の駅、米原からの新幹線でいただく食料を物色。
焼き鯖そうめんというものに目が止まります。
この地方の郷土料理だそうです。
確かに道すがらの看板に焼き鯖そうめんの文字を見つけることがあります。
面白そうなので、焼き鯖そうめん 453円(込)を購入
汁っけがない そうめんに甘辛く煮た鯖が載っています。そうめんにも鯖の煮汁なのでしょうか？味が付いています。
なかなか美味しいですね。
ツルツル食べる そうめんとは明らかに違います。
焼きそは的な雰囲気もある感じ
これは山椒でもかけると美味しいかな などと思いながら完食です。
お酒のあてにも良さそうです
