武奈ヶ岳登山の帰り道、鯖街道を車で帰る途中「せっかくやから、鯖寿司買ってかえるか」と・・・
これまでは、鯖街道では花折しか食べたことなかったけど、食べログを調べると、滋賀の寿司ジャンルNo.１は、圧倒的にこのお店。
早速寄ってみて、鯖寿司の上ハーフと、いなりを頼む。
同行の山友達も同じように鯖寿司ハーフを注文
作り置きではなく、目の前で作ってくれた鯖寿司は、いかにも美味しそう。
家に持ち帰って、すぐ、嫁さんといただいてみる。
確かに、これはうまい！
臭みや癖が全くなくて、酢の加減もバッチリ。
これやったらケチケチしないで、一本まるごと買えばよかったかなあと思いつつ、あっという間に食べてしまう。
そして、ついでに買った、いなりがまた最高！
揚げの味付けも、飯も本当にうまく味付けしてある。
流石は滋賀のNo.１寿司と、納得の味。
鯖街道に来た時は、また寄ってみよう。
