【栃生梅竹/とちううめたけ】さんへ
遅めのおひるごはんをいただきに行きました。
「店内お食事用 お品書き」から選んで
お隣の建物でいただくスタイルでした。
極上、特上、特選、元祖の違いは
すし飯の量は同じで鯖の大きさが違うとのこと。
奥でご主人がこのくらい違うよ！
と鯖の大きさを見せてくださいました。
赤だしがおみそ汁を頼もうと思っていたのですが
温かいお茶をお出ししますのでと言ってくださり
鯖寿司のみ注文することにしました。

ハーフを2人でシェアしましたので
3切れづつでしたが
ボリュームがすごいです！
鯖自体がおいしく、よく脂がのっていました♪
酸味がほどよい鯖と甘みのあるすし飯との
バランスがとても良いです！
とてもおいしかったです♪
鯖寿司を堪能しました。
