いつも旭屋さんというお店にお蕎麦を食べに行くのですが、食後に少しお腹が足りなかったので帰り道に寄りました！
注文して隣の部屋に持ってきて頂けるシステムです！
全く情報を見ずに入りました！
注文後に作り5分ほどで鯖寿司が出てきました！
お酢の程よい匂いが鼻に抜け美味しそう！！！
一口食べると生感がある鯖寿司で甘目な感じです。
酢飯もパラリと口の中でほぐれ...
美味い！！！！！
今まで食べた鯖寿司ではトップでした！
ただ醤油が少し残念...
たまり醤油の様に濃いです。
後はいなり寿司も頼みましたが、鯖寿司が美味しく撮り忘れました。
鯖ダメな人には、もしかするとダメかも知れないです。
鯖好きが、もっと鯖好きになるお寿司でした。
