実は通ったことは何回もありお店がちょこちょこあるな～と気にしていた鯖街道です。1度のんびり食巡りしようかと思い、食欲の秋にやってきました。
まずは鯖寿司の評価が高いここ栃生梅竹。
焼鯖を購入して隣の建物で食べる仕組みです。
鯖寿司は色々種類が多くありますが、鯖の身の厚さで値段が違うだけらしいです、折角なので極上鯖寿司ハーフを注文しました。
いやーハーフといっても量があるな～でも極上にして正解だったかもしれない、鯖の旨味を堪能できるし噛むと脂身の甘さがまたよい。ご飯との相性も良かったしね、これは美味しかった。
