鯖街道の美味しい鯖寿司をいただきました。
電話すると、行ってからの注文だと、1時間位待つ可能性があると言われ、事前に特選鯖寿司とサーモン押し寿司を各1本注文しました。
電話して40分後に店に到着すると、丁度出来上がりで、テイクアウトではなく、店の横に飲食出来るスペースがあるので、そこでいただきました。
鯖寿司、脂も丁度良い位、締め具合も丁度良く、生感が少し少な目で私好みの味でした。美味しい。
サーモン押し寿司も美味しいです。
