よく店の前を通っていて、以前から気になっていたお店。
今回はざる蕎麦と鯖寿司のセットをご注文。
鯖寿司は炙りも選択できましたので、それぞれオーダーしシェアしました。
鯖は程よく脂が乗って美味しいですね。
酢飯の具合もいい塩梅で好みです。
一方で、蕎麦は十割とのことですが、風味が少し弱い。。。
ゆで加減も芯が残っていますし、少なくとも三たて（挽きたて・打ちたて・茹でたて）ではなさそう。
良いお値段でしたので、率直なところ、とても割高に感じました。
次回は鯖寿司メインで伺います。
