琵琶湖の湖西・今津港、竹生島行きの観光船乗場のすぐ前にあるこちら。
○元祖 周航そば 850円
〜竹生島(蒲鉾)に向かう船(人参の型抜き)。ゆばが波。
鮎やワカサギが泳ぎ、鴨たちが水面で休んでいる〜とのこと。
・出汁は、あっさりとした上品な薄味。
・いろいろな具が丼上に琵琶湖の風景となって、面白かった。
○ざるとろろ 880円+鯖寿し(2ケ) 300円
・蕎麦は意外に確り、出汁は関西らしい昆布の効いた味わい。
滋賀県産の蕎麦とのこと。
湖西には、まだまだ蕎麦店があることを知りました。
