2018春の湖国周遊ぶらり途中下車の旅でマキノにやって来た旅浪漫であります。
湖北もすっかり春の装いです。
今年はすでに海津大崎の桜も散ってしまっています。
JR湖西線マキノ駅を出て琵琶湖方面へ歩くこと3分。
回転灯がクルクル回る喫茶ケントを訪れてみました。
時刻は土曜日の午前8時50分。 ドアを開けて店内へ。
カウンター席が6席と四人掛けテーブル席が3卓、一人掛けが2卓あります。
窓にはカーテンもなくすっきりシンプルな内装。 BGMもかかっていません。
端正な顔立ちの女性が一人で切り盛りする地元密着型の喫茶店です。
モーニングセットがあったので、それをいただくことにします。
◇ モーニングセットＡ ･･･ 400円 トースト・コーヒー
◇ モーニングセットＢ ･･･ 550円 トースト・卵・サラダ・コーヒー
午前9時から11時までのサービスメニューとなりますが、
遅く来る地元のお客さんの為に実際はお昼まで提供しているそうです。
それに今日は開店時刻前にオープンしていたようですね。 助かりました。
モーニングセットＢをレモンティーでお願いしました。 紅茶に変更も出来ます。
他にお客さんがいないので事情を説明して店内の写真を撮らせていただき
お話を伺いました。
喫茶ケントさんは平成5年から営業されているそうです。
駅のすぐ近くにありますが、店の隣と裏に駐車場もあります。
しばらくしてモーニングセットが運ばれて来ました。
耳を落とした5枚切りサイズのバタートーストが1枚と
スクランブルエッグとロースハム、マカロニ＆野菜サラダとトマトが
大きな皿に盛りつけられています。 白いティーカップには紅茶。
ケントさんは珈琲や紅茶単品が地方にすれば350円とリーズナブル。
綺麗なママさん目当てのお客さんもいてるんでしょうね。
そういう見当(ケント)違いのお客さんもウエルカムです(笑)
