地元産蕎麦をお店で自家製粉。 |
ソロツーで「2023道の駅スタンプラリー」の目的地である、
「道の駅 マキノ追坂峠」を訪問。
ちょうどお昼時での訪問だったので、
こちらの食堂（レストラン）でお昼をいただく事にしました。
お店のメニューです。
販売機にて、食券を購入し、席を確保します。
注文したのは、「本日のおすすめうどん：天丼、ざるうどんセット」です。
席は、琵琶湖を望む、景色の良い席がゲットできました。
龍門した料理の登場です。
まずはざるうどん。
冷凍うどんだとは思われますが、コシがあり、甘めのつゆとの相性も良く、
思っていた以上に美味しいうどんでした。
天丼です。
天ぷらは、「なす」と「えび」、それに赤いのは何なのか、わかりませんでしたが、
食べたら、「紅ショウガ」でした。
さすがは、関西圏の食文化ですね。
実は「紅ショウガ」の天ぷら、初体験です。
このクオリティでしたら、コスパは悪くはないと思います。
美味しかったです、ごちそうさまでした。
