琵琶湖沿いに佇むホテルに一泊です。
大通りに面しており、お隣はスーパー。
宴会場が充実してそうなホテルですが、琵琶湖の眺めは美しいです。
こちら、なんと土曜日でも１泊２食付きで8800円という格安プランがあります。
京都、福井、岐阜、三重と、近郊住民のみへのサービス価格らしいです。
夜はホテル１Fの料理天国という、あんまり洒落てないお名前のレストランですが、
こちらで秋の味覚御膳というセットでお夕食です。
少しライトアップされた御庭が美しく、窓際に座りたい！と思いましたが、２人掛けテーブルのみ。
むう、残念。
お料理は御膳に乗ってまして、造り、西京漬け、湯葉和え、天麩羅とオーソドックスな感じ。
あとは鱧鍋の一人用。
お味は薄味ですが、上品な味付けです。
特にお魚は大変美味しいです。
量は少ないですが、旅館みたいに食べきれないほど出てきても困るので、適量だと思います。
朝はビュッフェスタイル。
種類は少ないです。が、1365円くらいなので、通常のホテルよりもお値打ちです。
サバのへしこなんて珍しいのもありました。
ちょっと食べてみましたが恐ろしく塩辛いのですね。初めて食べました♪
今回夜も朝も同レストランで頂きましたが、リーズナブルで、お味も良いなあという印象でした。
雰囲気やスタッフのもてなしはビジネスホテルっぽいあっさり系ですが、
琵琶湖の美しさとプライスで、十分満足できます。
出張などで利用するには特に良いと思いますね。
