結論から申し上げれば、「及第点」(えらそうに…)
¥18000(入湯税+お酒代)の宿としての評価
①宿の設備 10点満点の5点
②風呂 7点
③料理 7点
④奉仕 9点
⑤環境 8点(車の音ー2点)
総合7点弱です。
料理は、このためだけに出かけるというレベルでは無い。
ただし、近江牛とスモーク、地物の山菜にピントを絞り込んであって、京風や新日本料理の様な
外連味も無く、洗練はないものの、力強く且つ楽しめる料理になっている。
尋ねて後悔することの無い宿です。
但し、昨今は¥12000程度で全方面的に満足感の高い宿が多く、客にそれなりのキャリアが無ければ、
ボロくて高いと感じるかもしれない。
若い方やファミリーには全く持って向かない。
