地元の蕎麦の実を石臼で製粉し手打ちした十割蕎麦と二八蕎麦 |
蕎麦専門のお店が乱立する朽木エリアに、
また新しい蕎麦店がオープンしてました。
日曜朝市から、斜め前です。
そう言えば、蕎麦店には長野でお邪魔して以来、未訪問でした。
今回お邪魔いようと思ったのは、鹿そばに惹かれたからです。
（プチ情報ですが僕は、無類の獣肉好きです。
↑そんな情報いらんわ！とか言わんといてね・笑）
僕は、鹿そばを注文。嫁は、鹿カレーを注文です。
先に鹿カレー登場です。
蕎麦屋さんのカレーにしては、本格的に煮込んであるようです。
ルーの水分率も、インドチックでした。
鹿肉は、獣だけあって多少固めです。
続いて、鹿そば参上です。
先ずは、蕎麦を何も付けずに一口。
口の中で、「蕎麦」って香が広がります。
食感も好感が持てました。
汁につけて、更に一口。
「うん、おいしいです」、
汁に嫌味がなくて、ええやんです。
興味深々の鹿肉です。
カレーの鹿肉に比べて、明らかに柔らかいです。
汁がしゅんでて、噛むほどに味わいが出てきます。
量的にはちょっと少なめかな？でしたが、
またお邪魔した一軒でした。
