地元の蕎麦の実を石臼で製粉し手打ちした十割蕎麦と二八蕎麦 |
朽木方面に行く用事がありちょうどお昼時。
以前行ったことのある他のお蕎麦屋さんに行こうかと思いましたが、混んでそうなので来たことなかったこちらを訪問しました。
訪問時他のお客様がおらず入るのに緊張しましたが笑。
ざる蕎麦と鯖寿司一切れを注文しました。
お蕎麦はちゃんと蕎麦の味の味がして、何も付けなくても美味しかったです。麺は細めで私好み。鯖寿司は脂が乗ってて、こちらも美味しくて満足です！
途中からお客様が増えてきて、タイミング良かったなと思いました。混んでたら、ちょっと待たないとダメかな。店内広くないけど、この日はご主人しか見なかったので。
機会があれば再訪したいです。
