地元の蕎麦の実を石臼で製粉し手打ちした十割蕎麦と二八蕎麦 |
鯖街道に来たので、鯖寿司は食べなきゃね。
てなことで、鯖寿司と蕎麦のセットを選択。
セットだと蕎麦豆腐が付いてくる。
蕎麦を塩とカボスとわさびで食べるのも美味しいとのことで、お勧めで食べてみる。旨い。ツルッと食べられる。このまま食べると蕎麦がなくなりそうなので、2口でやめて残りはめんつゆで。
美味しかったです。ごちそうさまでした。
