地元の卵や、果実を使い、安全、安心を追求している。着色料や、保存料などはいっさい使っていない。テークアウトの予約は出来るが、喫茶コーナーの予約は出来ない。 |
琵琶湖一周サイクリング、通称ビワイチの途中に発見。補給に寄りました。
「ビワイチ発酵ゼリー」というのは、鮒ずしの入ったゼリーです。ほんのりと甘酸っぱく、疲れを癒やす感じがありました。実際の効果はわかりませんが、ビワイチの土産話に飲んでみるといいと思います。お店の中で休憩しつつ飲むこともできますし、持ち帰りもできますので、お土産にもどうぞ。
そういえば、サイクルラックは私が行ったときにはありませんでした。せっかくなので、あるといいのになと思います。自転車乗りはサイクルラック＝自分たちに対し理解ある、と勝手に思っていますので（笑）。
