城下町に佇む築100年の納屋を改装した趣ある空間でいただく、オーガニック・イタリアンカフェ
地の生産者の方から直接いただくオーガニック野菜やお魚、近江牛にジビエなど「命を頂いた実感のある食材」を使用して、食材を活かしたお料理を心がけています。 |
点数が低いように見えますが食べログの性質上、ファストフードから三つ星レストランまでが同じ評価基準ですので、点数が低いからといって悪い店、不味い店という訳ではございません。個人的な意見も多いです。
ランチでお邪魔しました。
評価点数は高めでしたが、全く良いところは無かったです。
ランチセットを2種類食べましたが
まず内容に対して高い、技術的にも家庭レベル、本格的なお店では修行してないであろうレベル
カフェにありがちな「健康」「ボタニカル」など見た目を基準にできたお店だろう。
これもカフェにありがちなお皿だけ作家さんに作ってもらう的なやはり見た目重視。
手作りだろうがなんだろうが不味くは無いが美味しくも無い。
心を満たすのではなくお腹を満たすお料理では無くて「食べ物」。厳密には量も多くはないのでお腹も満たさない。
見た目重視の単価の高めの満足できないお店。
また偶然が重なればお邪魔するかもしれません。
