城下町に佇む築100年の納屋を改装した趣ある空間でいただく、オーガニック・イタリアンカフェ
地の生産者の方から直接いただくオーガニック野菜やお魚、近江牛にジビエなど「命を頂いた実感のある食材」を使用して、食材を活かしたお料理を心がけています。 |
先週滋賀旅行の２日目予約してランチで伺いました。
高島ビレッジの駐車場に駐車出来ます。通りから細い道を入った場所にありました。
時間差予約で満席でした。予約必須なお店だと思います。
お料理の全てが優しい味で材料には無農薬、無化学肥料にこだわったお野菜や天然の湖魚等を使っての組み合わせが不思議？！で初めて経験する味もありました。
お料理の見た目も華やかで可愛らしく楽しく時間を忘れて大満足な食事でした。
時間が少しゆっくりのんびりと進むようで気がつくとほぼ2時間が経過していました。
お食事には時間にゆとりを持って予約で来店をおすすめします。
