堆肥を買いに朽木まで。
雪のない鯖街道を昼間に走るのは初めて。
蕎麦と鯖寿司のお店がたくさんあって迷う中、他の方のクチコミを拝見し、シンプルな店構えのこちらへ。
コロナ禍で自粛が続いた連休の次の週末でも観光客はそれなりにあったようで（近くの道の駅には観光バスも来ていた！）、夕方には焼き鯖寿司が売り切れで中サイズのみ。
「切りますか？」と聞かれたのでお願いする。
渋滞を避けるために山道を抜けて帰宅後、片付けも終わりやっとありついたのは21時
ぅんまぁ〜！
鯖も脂がのっていて、ぷりぷり
シャリの甘みや密度もサイコー
食べる前に写真撮るのをすっかり忘れてた…
翌日の朝と2回に分けていただきました。
次は焼き鯖寿司だな。
