近江牛専門店として
地域の特色や風土を活かした商品を販売しているのがコチラのお店
今回は
近江牛の切り落とし(500g)
を購入してみました
お肉の質は、切り落としとはいえ
脂ののり具合など、いい感じの見栄えです
今回は
肉じゃがとビーフストロガノフを作ってみましたが
お肉から出た脂の旨味や肉の旨味が美味しく出来上がりました
切り落としで、この美味しさです
良い部位を買ったら、もっと美味しそうな予感がたっぷり
これは、次回、いいお肉で試してみる価値がありそうです
また、色々と買ってみようと思います
