初食 202106（No.2762）
日本橋高島屋の催事に出店されていましたので、訪店です。
こちらは、1896年（明治29年）創業で食肉販売・食肉卸販売・
近江牛加工品製造を行っておられるお店でありまする～♫
最近事情があって、国産牛肉の価格をチェックしていますが、
流石「近江牛」だけあってお高いですね（苦笑
10000円⇧のヒレ肉に未練を残しつつ、以下の商品を購入です。
近江牛ローストビーフ【切り落とし】（166g） 1792円
岩塩と思われる塩が添付されていましたので、塩をつけて頂きました。
切り落としですので、食感今一つの部分もありましたが、
お味は流石「近江牛」って感じで、美味しく完食です(^^)/
ご馳走様でした。
