こんな怪しい店名では一見さんじゃなかなか入りこめないかもしれない。
私は常連さんに何度も連れて来てもらったため、
この店の魅力が徐々に理解できたが、
飛び込みで初めて入った時には、なかなか馴染めず困った。
というのも、この店の魅力を味わう前に高いハードルが有ると思うのだ。
まず、メニューがないこと。
そして、評判の料理は予約でしか頂けないことである。
メニューがないと言うことは、ある程度、知識がないとオーダーできない。
食事をどうしても食べたいときは、今日なにができるか、聞き出す必要がある。
ただ、生ハムがあるので、これは頼みやすいかもしれない。
慣れてきて、コースメニューが予約できたら、
御覧のような素敵なお料理がいただける。
マスターはシェフで、妥協しない素材を用いた、
素敵な料理が予約した者に限り、提供される。
ワインもソムリエがおられるので、お任せで出していただけるが、
それはそれはマニアックで、見たこともないような物が．．．
その結果、料理もワインもたまらなく美味しいので、ついつい頼みがち。
高い評価は出来ると思うが、支払いも．．．↑？
残念ながら私は公正な評価が出来ない立場なので、
総合評価は控えておく．
この店との相性は、一度訪問して、是非ご自分の肌と舌で感じて欲しい。
