The International Space and Biological Laboratory is known for its unusual name. Western liquors are collected from all over the world, and the entrance to space can be seen behind the counter at the back bar. It's not a mysterious laboratory that observes the ecology of living things that change depending on the amount of alcohol consumed... It's just an ordinary bar. The food is basically only a course menu that requires a reservation. Prosciutto is served from the whole tree as an appetizer. There is no menu for cocktails, etc., so you start by telling the bartender your preferences and the drink you want to drink that day. When a bottle that looks amazing comes, don't be shy and check the price. Tonight, I asked for a whiskey with a good aroma. I was offered two options: Oslosk Flower and Animal Series 10 Year and Lagavulin 16 Year. I was attracted by the cute label with a picture of a bird, so I chose Oslosk for my first drink. It has a gorgeous, spreading aroma. It was served in a delicate glass, and I felt a little good. They treat customers with care, telling them about the origin of the drink and other recommendations. The order in which they serve the drinks is carefully considered based on the taste and strength of the aroma, and I appreciate their attention to detail. I was a little tipsy after a couple of drinks. I thought this was a bar where I could expect to have new encounters with alcohol, with whiskey, brandy, and a good selection of wines.
