こちらのお店は松江市の塩見縄手の武家屋敷の並びにあり、観光の際に立ち寄るには便利です。
敷地内には鯉の泳ぐ池があり、お店も趣があります。
平日のお昼前に訪問しました。
まだ空いていましたが、正午を過ぎると続々とお客さんが来訪されていました。
地元の方が多い印象です。
五色割子そばと、舞茸の天ぷらハーフを注文しました。
10分ほどで提供されました。
五色割子そばは割子が重ねられ、蓋まで付いています。
豪華に見えますね。
五色割子そばですが、割子は６枚。
よくみると、一枚はネギ、かつお節、海苔、もみじおろしの薬味で覆われています。
残りの５枚には、それぞれ葉わさび、なめこ、とろろ、おろし、うずらがのっています。
いろいろな具材を楽しめていいですね。
一枚ずつ出汁つゆをかけていただきます。
そばは少し黒めの田舎そば。
堅めで、食べ応えがあり、少し甘めの出汁つゆとよく合います。
しっかりとした蕎麦の香り、旨みを楽しめます。
具材がそれぞれ違いがあって楽しみながらいただくことができます。
特に葉わさびはピリッとしたわさびの風味が蕎麦の風味を引き立てます。
舞茸の天ぷらも揚げたてで美味しくいただきました。
出雲そばもお店によって様々ですが、蕎麦の風味を感じる出雲そばらしい美味しいおそばです。
