At Restaurants of Minabikan, a long-established Ryokan in Matsue, we ate the famous sea bream chazuke. The sea bream chazuke lunch was 2,750 yen, which is a reasonable lunch, and it was a great value for money as we enjoyed a leisurely lunch overlooking the wonderful garden and river. It also came with a whole fried flounder, which was very filling, and the sea bream chazuke served with dashi soup was delicious, so I highly recommend this place.
