この日は、松江城お近くの『そば岡本』さんへ♪松江しんじ湖温泉駅からは少し離れたところにあります☆
戸隠そば、わんこそばと並ぶ三大そばの“出雲そば”を手繰りにやってきました☆
出石そばと越前そばも好きですね〜♬

“蕎麦”は短めの細切り♫
釜揚げで熱々のとろとろ〜♬
どろどろでお腹にたまる感覚☆
温かさで香りが引き立ちます(*ﾟ▽ﾟ*)
少しそのまま頂いてから、濃い“ツユ”を回しかけます♪
“薬味”は海苔、葱、かつお節、おろし☆
“蕎麦湯”は柔らかなトロミのあるものでしたが、うっかりヤカンを触ってしまい、、
熱ぢぃっ!!!(゜▽゜)!
冬はよりよさそう♡
