塩ラーメンと半炒飯のセットを頼みました。
塩ラーメンの麺は中細の縮れ麺で、茹で加減は気持ち硬めで、香りは普通で、スープにはあっていて、オーソドックスな中華麺の印象でした。
スープは鶏ガラベースのアッサリな塩味で、魚介の香りがほんのりして、深みはあまりなかったけど、しょっぱさはちょうど良く、アッサリしていて悪くはないと思いました。
トッピングのチャーシューは柔らかさは普通で、薬味のネギの量は多めで、海苔とナルトは普通で、メンマの味付けは薄めで美味しかったです。
半炒飯はパラパラ感が良く、味付けはしょっぱさが程よく、具の量も多めで嬉しかったです。
