A Japanese-style meal Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) that opened in July 2007. We use A4-ranked marbled Shimane Wagyu beef. Steak sets are 3,980 yen for 100g, and 4,580 yen for 150g. Other sets and a la carte options are available. We are committed to using local ingredients and making our dishes by hand, so please forgive us if we run out of stock. We operate with a small number of staff, so we may not be able to accept large groups without a reservation. Please contact us in advance. 玉造温泉に泊まった時に夫婦で利用させていただきました。
旅館で食べると高くつくし、チェックイン早いし、という理由で外食にしました。
車で行くと、駐車場がわかりづらいので、旅館に停めて歩いていったほうが良いです。
この日はちょうど川沿いで夏祭りをやっていたためか、
お客は私たちのみでした。
迷うことなく島根和牛のステーキ150ｇセット×２をオーダー。
すると店主から、「ハート型の鉄板で焼くので記念撮影しませんか？」と提案され、慣れない空気感に緊張しつつ、パシャリ。
肝心のお味ですが・・・
さすが和牛、舌でとろけます！！
自家製のステーキソースも私好みで美味しい！
焼き加減はミディアムでこれまた私好み！
付け合せも非常に美味しかったです。
店主の優しい笑顔と美味しいお肉で満足しました！
