A Japanese-style meal Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) that opened in July 2007. We use A4-ranked marbled Shimane Wagyu beef. Steak sets are 3,980 yen for 100g, and 4,580 yen for 150g. Other sets and a la carte options are available. We are committed to using local ingredients and making our dishes by hand, so please forgive us if we run out of stock. We operate with a small number of staff, so we may not be able to accept large groups without a reservation. Please contact us in advance. せっかくの玉造温泉
島根特産は何だろうということで
島根和牛を食べてみたいということに
そこで調べてみると
昼食にちょうど良さそうな
こちらのお店を発見
こちらのお店では
島根和牛だけでなく
日本海の新鮮なお魚を使用しているらしく
地元でとれたものを食べられるようです
が、今回は当初の目的通り
注文するのは島根和牛
島根和牛ステーキセット
お肉のグラム数が選べて
今回は、150g（\3,300-）をチョイス
他にも、ハンバーグなど
少し興味があるものもありましたが
今回は初志貫徹
メインの島根和牛霜降りサーロインに
小鉢・サラダ・ご飯・漬物・汁物・デザートがついています
島根和牛は意外と美味しかったです
それほど名前を聞かないので
あまり期待はしてなかったのですが
脂身の甘味と赤身の旨味、特製ソースとが
ちょうどいい感じのバランスで美味しくいただけました
夜だと、さらに良いお肉らしいので
夜来てみるとさらに美味しいのでしょうか
なかなか来る機会はありませんが
次に玉造温泉に来た時も
ランチで来てみたいですね
