島根県松江市にある地元に人気の老舗中華料理店です。
店内とても広く、高級中華料理店のような清潔感と豪華さも兼ね備えた空間になっています。
メニューの値段はどれも安くもなく高くもない、程良い値段設定になっています。
ランチメニューは8種類の小鉢から自由に選べるセットや、季節の定番ランチなど豊富に揃えています。
【ジャージャン麺】 900円
麺の上にはきゅうりと肉味噌が豪快に乗っているシンプルなトッピングになっています。
麺は中太のちぢれタイプで肉味噌とよく絡み相性が良いです。適度にモチモチ感があります。
味は甜面醤の甘みだけが前面に出ていて、辛さも全くないため個人的には美味しく無かったです。
そこそこのボリュームもあるので単品でも十分満足感は得られると思います。
味に関しては正直特筆すべきところはありませんが、店内は清掃が行き届いており、清潔感を求める方にはオススメのお店です。
