お店の雰囲気は、昭和らし素朴さがあって、今となっては貴重なお店。
華やかで高級感のある店もいいけど、たまに昭和の雰囲気溢れる落ちついたお店も、粋な感じでオススメ。
東京では、ミシュランや高級店も行きつけはいくつもあるけど、松江に行くと、必ず訪れる大好きなお店です。
味も素朴で飾らない味で、生地は薄く、キャベツの甘さと具材の旨味が楽しめます。
