ボクダミで素晴らしい時間を過ごした後、
車を返すまでまだ30分ありました。
そこで、気になっていたパン屋さんと、
こちらの店に立ち寄ることにしました。
松江駅から歩いていくにはやや遠いので、
車が便利です。
実は、パン屋さんはこれまた休業中で、
松江市のパン事情が心配になってしまいます。
こちらのカフェは日本茶の店の新展開だそうです。
海外にも出展され、型にはまらない
日本茶の魅力を追及されているのだとか。
モーニングもされているのですが、
時間の関係で焼き菓子のみの購入です。
もちろん抹茶のフィナンシェを選択。
やはりあまたの抹茶を使った焼き菓子とは
抹茶の味わいが違っていて、そこに矜持を
感じました。
その後、車を返し、松江旅行もあとわずかとなりました。
