松江の風流堂の和菓子。松江藩主不昧公お好みの和菓子で、落雁の一種。紅白一対となっている。
神戸阪急のお菓子売り場で売っていたので１つ買ってみた。

裏に切れ目があり、簡単に手で割れる。お茶やコーヒーの受け菓子で、時間が経ってもそれほど湿ったりしないが、紅白とも同じ味で、そんなにいっぺんに食べられない。日本三大銘菓に数えられる伝統の一品。
