日本全国津々浦々、実に多種多様な和菓子があるんだけど、日本三大銘菓というのがあるのですね！
本日は、その中の一つ、山川を頂きました。o(^o^)o
このお菓子は、落雁粉、砂糖、塩で作られる、落雁でありますが、江戸時代の松江藩主また、茶人でもあった、松平治郷(はるひと)が考案され、その後、風流堂の２代目が、大正時代に、復活させたそうです。
箱を開けると、紅白に分かれてるんだけど、紅は、紅葉の山を！ 白は、川を表現しているんだとか！
むぎゅっ、もぎゅっとした食感で、ほんのりと塩味を感じる甘さであります。
銘菓の歴史に思いを馳せつつ、素敵なおやつタイムでした。( ＾ω＾ )
