京都や金沢に並び、
「日本三大菓子処」に数えられている
和菓子の聖地（？）なのだそう！
そんな中でも「風流堂」さんは、
130年以上の歴史を持つ
松江の老舗和菓子店。

気になっていたのです。
玉川高島屋に行くと、
美人和菓子バイヤ推しのお菓子として
堂々と「果樹園の木漏れ日」
が売られていましたよ(๑ ˃̵͈́∀˂̵͈̀ )

出来た寒天ゼリー。
ドライ無花果とラムレーズンが入っています。
下部は、朝汐羊羹。
水羊羹みたいにサラリとした
口当たり。
この子は、
抹茶と一緒に頂くのも
良いけれど、
もしかしたら、
クリームチーズなんかと一緒に
ワインのお供にしたら
