家族旅行で島根まで。一泊目は松江市内のホテル。
その夕食で伺いました。
ホテル泊の時は近辺を散策して店を決める事が多いのですが、今回もそれ。
イタリア酒場さんはすぐ近くにありました。
店前を通ると周囲とは一線を画す奇抜な外観に思え、躊躇したのですが思い切って入店。
テーブル席メインで少しのカウンター。テーブルは中二階や半地下もあったりしてユニークな配置。
シャレオツな内観で女性2名で切り盛りされています。
後から予約客とかも来店していたので、それなりに地元では人気店かも知れません。
一番入り口に近いテーブル席に家族4人で着席。
イタリアワインが充実していて、その他ドリンクの種類も多岐に及んでいますね。
フードは店名の通りイタリアン中心でスペイン系もあります。
食べたフード
①水牛のモッツァレラチーズのカプレーゼ 640円
サラダな一品。水牛のチーズが美味しくて、野菜も新鮮。
前菜にはもってこい。
②パルマ産生ハム 980円
量が少ないので割高に感じるけど、これは美味しい！
赤身部分もさることながら、脂身の甘みがたまらない。
これはビールとワインが進みます。
③ピザ マルゲリータとクワトロフォルマッジのハーフ＆ハーフ。 1700円くらい？
生地はサクサク、具材はとろ～り。お約束の美味しさです。
焼はオーブンでしょうか？中々の仕上がりです。
④スペアリブの黒ビール煮込み 1200円
肉の繊維が崩れるくらい煮込まれたホロホロのやつ。
ソースも美味しい。
⑤海老とたこのアヒージョ 680円
鉄皿で提供され熱々！
具材は少なくて残念だけど、それを払拭するほどオリーブオイルとニンニクが美味しい。
特にニンニクは芳ばしく炒められており、これは今まで食べたアヒージョにはなかった！
バゲットが2個付いてくるけど足りないので追加して、オリーブオイルとニンニクを堪能♪
⑥ビストロオムレツ 720円
メニューの写真に惹かれて注文。
タマゴが超ふわふわ！オムレツと言うよりパンケーキに近い？
アルコールは生ビールとワイン。
ワインはイタリア産、キャンティクラシコを選択。赤でフルボディ。
初めて飲むけど、かなり渋くて好みでした。
デザートはしっとりティラミスとガトーショコラ。
どちらも酒場レベルではない美味しい一品。
後、本格的なエスプレッソが全員についてました。
何気に入って店だけど、すごくよかったですね！
地元大阪にあったら頻繁に通いたいくらい。大満足でした(^^)
