前回の出張ではお休みで、今回再訪出来ました。前回は1人だったので、色々な物が食べる事が出来なかったのですが、今回は後輩が居たおかげで、この前気になっていた雑炊を頂く事が出来ました。雑炊鍋の真ん中には、玉子の黄身かと思いきや柚子でビックリ‼️
しかも柚子がトロトロにほぐれて、雑炊の鯛の身とあいまって美味かったです。
